Campaign Monitor Export
If you keep your database in Campaign Monitor, you can export it by following these very simple steps:
- Sign into Campaign Monitor
- Click on Lists and Subscribers
- Click on the list you want to export
- Click ‘export’ (small blue text on the white background in near the top right of the page)
- Use the Export dropdown menu to select the type of subscribers you want to download, for example, "Active Subscribers" only or "All Subscribers."
- Choose your preferred file type: CSV
- Select which fields to include in the download - we just need Email Address
- Click Export Subscribers to download the file.
- This will download to your default download location.
- Head here and upload the database which should be named something ending with .csv

Klaviyo Export:
- Sign into Klaviyo
- Click on Lists and Segments
- Click on the list you want to export
- Select MANAGE LIST
- In the Manage List dropdown menu select EXPORT List to CSV
- Select all of the properties you want to export and then click "Start Export"
- Head here and upload the database which should be named something ending with .csv

Gmail Export:
To export your full Gmail address book: Open Gmail Contacts. Select Google apps, then choose Contacts.

- In the left panel, select More to display additional options.

Select Export.

To export an entire address book, select Contacts. Select the drop-down arrow to choose a Google Contacts group.
- Choose an export format:
- The Outlook CSV format exports all data and converts names to the default character encoding.
- The Google CSV format exports all data and uses Unicode to preserve international characters. Some email programs such as Outlook do not support Unicode.
- The vCard format is an internet standard that is supported by many email programs and contact managers such as OS X Mail and Contacts.

Select Export
Download the file to your Desktop. The file may be named something like gmail-to-outlook.csv (for the Outlook CSV format), gmail.csv (for Google CSV) or contacts.vcf (for the vCard format)
Head here and upload the database which should be named something ending with .csv
